Wardwell Farm is excited to host our favorite bee keeping friends here at the farm for a 10 week beginner bee keeping class series. Join my favorite mentors & bee keeping experts Charles Schafer, Jeff Ruppert and others as we dive into the fascinating and un-BEE-lieveable world of bees!
Each week we will discuss topics such as hive components, gear & set-up, apiary siting & care, learn old-world tricks and new-fangled ones, how and where to plant pollinator gardens, and even take field trips to meet community bee keepers for “hive dives” around town. This workshop series is best for ages 12 and up!
Dates & Cost: April 4 – June 6, Friday 3:30-5pm, $300 (10 sessions)
