Urban Air is a fun place and the kids love it, however, their customer service is horrible. They have very deceptive business practices. Use extreme caution when booking over the phone for parties or group rates. What they say on the phone and what is actually is on the invoice are different. Also...if you need to dispute a charge you must call the off site event coordinator to resolve that prior to paying because no refunds are issued. Very, very deceptive.
