About
The Origin Hip Hop Performing Arts Academy
The Origin Hip Hop Academy! We are now franchise owners of Parker Anderson Enrichment Programs. Along with our Visual and Performing Arts programming we will be offering STEM curriculum camps and classes at our Academy campus and in elementary and middle schools across East County San Diego. We will be introducing 4 awesome movie themed courses this summer mid July to jump start our new program at our current location before we move to Parkway Mall in the Fall.
The Origin Hip Hop Performing Arts Academy Programs below include Baby Time Music and Movement Child Development Program, Fall and Winter Hip Hop Day Camps, Origin Parker Anderson Stem Curriculum Camps, Home School Performing Arts Hub, Origin Hip Hop Haunts Haunted Mansion Attraction and Evening Weekly classes.
Founded in 2010
Our Staff
Owner, Cheryl Armour Frye's career in Visual and performing Arts span over 35 years. Born and raised in Chicago, Cheryl taught Dance, Childrens Theater, Basic Modeling and Finishing as a High School and College Student. She was accepted into DePaul University"s Goodman School of Drama at the age of 17 and also studied at Columbia University Chicago campus .
She also developed cheer programs for Chicago's iconic Jackie Robinson West Baseball League at the age of 15. She then went on to develop programs for Calumet Park Illinois Recreation Department such as children's theater, dance, modeling, summer sports and arts camps all from there embryonic stages.
Instructor are all trained in their respective genres as well as industry professionals
