We believe in an open-concept education that breaks down the walls of the traditional classroom to make learning a unique and powerful experience for each individual student. We believe in consistent, open communication between parents, students, and teachers; we believe "it takes a village." Learning is human and personal. Each learning journey should be handcrafted, not factory-made. Our teachers are exceptional professionals, and because of this, we trust them to know what is best for each individual student. We trust them to make instructional choices guided by their years of experience and expertise. We do not demand they use a one-size-fits-all approach to teaching; instead, we believe that autonomous teaching is the greatest gift to true professionals: with autonomy, we are free to do what we love–and continue to love what we do. We believe in boundless learning and teaching.
