Our Staff

Gary Conroy - Founder: is a serial entrepreneur, educator, and business consultant. Born in Dublin, Ireland, Gary moved to the United States and began a distinguished career in entrepreneurship and entertainment asset management and ownership. An American citizen since 2001, Gary has built several companies ranging from commercial real estate management, a restaurant investment group, and a consultancy group, to his most recent project centered on entrepreneurship education. He currently holds the position of Director of Entrepreneurial Studies for Windermere Preparatory School. 

Gary has brought Startup Studio to the market to bring about real change to education and to empower young people to find their entrepreneurial spirit and give them the skills they need that school systems are falling short on providing.

All our Summer Camps are taught by our Startup Studio Certified Instructors in a fun, immersive an hands on environment.

Our daughter attended Innovation Studio summer camp in 2016, a program designed to stimulate the entrepreneurial mindset of young people.
It is never too early to learn how to transfer dreams into reality. As parents, we hope our daughter could feel confident in discovering, creating and innovating her own path. But how could you teach someone to be successful in highly competitive environment?
Innovation Studio summer program emphasized leadership and team building strategies. Also, our daughter learned the basics of business success. Part of the program was to engage students in all aspects of business planning and pitch their ideas.
Skills she gained in the program made her more confident in her ideas and abilities.

This was a great experience. My teenage son thoroughly enjoy the experience and woke up early each day(not typical behavior for him) to get to his workshop. His enthusiasm for the work and his desire to share every detail of his day was a tell-tale sign that he loved his time working with Gary Conroy! I highly recommend The Innovation Studio experience to anyone.
