The instructor was very kind and patient, repeating when necessary, and getting Sue through two hour Junior.

Etiquette class by Miss Kim was an excellent introduction to table/dining etiquette, manners and thank you notes. My son really enjoyed the class and looked forward to setting the table that evening and sharing with me what he had learned - both for American and Continental dining.
