I cannot recommend the Circus Academy highly enough! Instructors are experienced and safety-conscious, atmosphere is supportive and inclusive, workouts are intense, well planned, and fun! If you want to get hella strong and bendy, there aren't many better activities than circus. With that said, I felt super welcomed even as a complete beginner (I'm only 6 months in, and I love it but I don't have a ton of experience yet). The instructors really go out of their way to meet each student wherever they're at and provide individually tailored conditioning to help you get that ONE trick that you're struggling with, or to work around an injury. I also like that the curriculum is very structured, and the accompanying strength training and stretching routines are really designed to set students up for success as the tricks get harder.
