Bay Area Festivals and ActivityHero are hosting six Bay Area Camp & School Fairs in 2025! This the best opportunity for camps, schools, educational programs, arts and sports organizations, and other companies to meet families in-person!
For the 12th year, these are the preeminent Camp and School Fairs in the Bay Area! Bay Area Festivals also produces the award-winning Bay Area KidFest, Bay Area Kids’ Book Fairs and other popular events.
Camp & School Fairs are held in six proven locations covering the San Francisco Bay Area. We have presented over 50 Camp Fairs in the Bay Area since 2013. Each 2025 Fair is open from 11am-2pm with free admission and free parking. They are sponsored by Stanford Medicine Children’s Health.
Exhibitor fees are $249 for one Fair and $225 for each additional Fair (6'x6' space). Non-profit organizations receive a $50 discount off the exhibitor fee with promo code NPO25.
Optional fees available when you checkout:
- Table & Chair Rental: $20 each Fair (required for Palo Alto)
- Electrical Service: $20 each Fair
- Camp Backpack Insert (225 flyers, brochures or swag): $35 each Fair you are an exhibitor
- Gold Exhibitor Upgrade (double booth, 12' x 6'): $150 each Fair
- Digital Marketing of your Camp or Program in partnership with ActivityHero: $147 for 3 months (required for Palo Alto if you are not currently promoted on ActivityHero)
Fees shown are for credit card payments. If you choose to pay by check, the processing fee is removed at checkout.
Discount for multiple Fairs registration and Backpack Inserts are automatically calculated at checkout.
