My 11 yr old son really enjoyed it. He was so proud of his cakepops, cupcakes, and pumpkin pie that he made sure to share it with our extended family on Thanksgiving.

They baked pizzas and made candy caramel apples! My 7 year old was impressed with himself :). Will be attending again!

Well what can I say about sugar and spice? My kids have been attending spring and summer camp from baking cookies, baking cakes and making candy chef Joey is the best in her craft. I highly recommend these programs to all kids

This is a wonderful program for children who are looking to learn baking and decorating skills while having fun!

I had a cookie decorating party for my granddaughter and her friends. We had a great time learning how to decorate cookies.

Sugar n Spice has the best kids camps! My son always feels so accomplished when he comes home with fresh baked goodies made by him!

The class itself was ok. The kids had the chance to make a variety of items and had access to unlimited sprinkles. My daughter said she felt anxious and stressed out that the teacher was not wearing a mask (they are in a small, enclosed indoor space the whole day) and did not like that the teacher yelled a lot - a number of the older kids were swearing quite a bit. It is mixed age group (6-11 years old, but some teens in the class as well).

Thank you so much for such an amazing camp! My daughter enjoyed it so much - she said it is the best camp she's ever been to and wants to come back for multiple weeks next summer! You have sparked my daughter's love of baking that I didn't even know she had!

We attended 3 weeks of this camp. The value of the camp was certainly good, compared to cooking camps in SF, so I can't complain. We've attended cooking/baking sessions at other sites and my kid comes home with 1 cupcake for an expensive session, but this camp was VERY generous in what the kids brought home. It's a family owned and run business so there's definitely a homey feeling. No bells and whistles. It's unfortunate that the kids watched so much TV, but after talking with the director, I understood given the restrictions they were under because of the pandemic. I know they were trying their best. The older woman is the shop owner and was so sweet to my daughter. We will definitely be back for baking supplies! They have everything here you need. The only feedback I would give would be to encourage better face mask compliance. Thank you.

My eleven-year old and her friend felt uncomfortable at this camp at 2965 Junipero Serra and felt that they didn't learn anything. My daughter claims they spent an hour crumbling pre-made cake, and the counselor spent an hour on the phone. The only activity that sounded like cooking was making their own lunch: french toast with store-bought bread. They did bring home cake pops, of which I ate like six, so maybe it wasn't a complete loss.

My two boys loved going to this place. The place is old but just have an open mind. Don't judge a book by its cover. The staff were great. My kids looked forward to cooking the next day. They make their lunch too which was fantastic. I would definitely do it again!

My two kids ( 6 & 11) enjoyed their baking camp so much. At the end of each camp day, they brought back their finished products and loved sharing their success and joy.

This was my sons first camp so I was nervous of how he would respond but he loved it. He enjoyed the baking and the decorating and is talking about what he wants to bake next year.

My daughter, 6.5 years old, enjoyed going to Sugar N Spice camp. This Thanksgiving camp is her second time. Her favorite was making cake pops. She brought some home for the whole family to enjoy. It tasted very good and she was very proud of it. She made new friends. Chef Joey and everyone there are very friendly and helpful. At the end of the camp, she already asked when she can come back again 😊

Great camp! My daughter learned to make fondant, macaroons and cake pops. Bonus was she brought them home and we enjoyed the treats!

My kids go to the summer camps and they LOVE IT! They learn a little bit of everything and they stay busy. Awesome classes. Awesome staff!

Starting Summer Camp this week but this is our 3rd year attending Culinary Camps here. We love the friendly staff and delicious treats!
