Starlight Dance Studios and Theater

In class we use gym mats, ribbons, balls, music, freeze dance, play tunnels, obstacle courses and more to help our little dancers learn coordination, creative play, and self discovery. This level is about building fundamental skills while making dance fun. Students learn correct vocabulary and age appropriate movements. Our teachers balance technique and games, helping each student to work at their own pace and build skills in a safe environment.

Yoga Classes: Our Gentle Yoga class is perfect for expecting moms, new moms, anyone recovering from injuries, senior citizens and anyone who is looking to focus their mind and body in a peaceful way. All ages, genders and skill levels are welcome in this class.

We believe that everyone should feel empowered and beautiful when they dance, that children should never have to wear bikinis on stage, and that music can be age appropriate and fun.
