Spartan Allstars Sports Camp

My kids absolutely love the camp and asked for me to sign them up for more weeks.

My son had the best time, made friends, played back to back sports and was happy every single day at pick up!

My kids have attended Spartan Allstars for 10+ years and the camp has consistently been one of their favorites. Plus as a highly organized, full day camp, it's the most parent friendly camp around.

My son liked camp and was coming out extremely tired so I know he was kept busy! I thought the whole process was very organized. However, the only thing I didn’t like is that there wasn’t any pictures of their group sent. I’d love to see their group pictures as well. Especially because it’s their first summer camp experience.

The Spartans sports Camp is very safe and effective for the kids

My son’s first camp and first time at Spartan Allstars. He had an absolute blast! The staff was very organized from drop off to pick up. His counselors Jasmine and Seth were great! My son loved playing all the sports activities but his favorite is soccer. We will be back next year!

It's an amazing camp that does a great job of entertaining kids of all ages, which isn't easy to do! My 4-year old came home happy every day and got to try archery, hockey, pickle ball and so much more. I'd absolutely send him again.

This has been our son's 3rd year going to Spartan Allstars and he loves it. He always meets new friends and he's smelly and exhausted when he comes home. I take that as a good sign.

Such an epic sports camp! My daughter loved every minute of it. Something different each day. Much more than just sports. Counselors were all great, and they even have a nurse on site which is a plus!

I just love this camp. They really create a wonderful supportive environment for kids that need a lot of exercise and activity in their day. Tamar and the rest of the staff are amazing. Camp store and bracelets are a highlight my son looks forward to all year.

It was okay. It's tough for your kid if they don't go with friends, as almost all the other kids do that. I wasn't impressed with the counselors, who are basically just there as babysitters. The kids aren't taught anything in the various sports activities, and at least for the older kids, they're barely watched. It's really less of a sports camp and more of a sports-based day care.

It was my son’s first time at the camp. He said he enjoyed some of the sports, but he felt overwhelmed with how many activities were in each day. He said he would learn a set of rules and then move to another activity and learn a new set of rules without having had enough time to practice the previous activity. He wanted to decrease the number of sports, but increase the time spent on each sport.

Great camp. My daughter has a lot of fun every time she goes.

Jake had such a wonderful time at camp and loved all of the activities. He was also excited about making new friends. He can't wait to go back!

This is always a favorite camp during the summer. We've attended for the last 6 summers with both of my kids and they love it! The variety of sports along with indoor/outdoor activities makes it fun and something that is never boring. The staff, counselors and jr. counselors are a lot of fun and great at communicating with parents when needed. They are always incredibly helpful with any questions.

Weston had a great time at Spartan Allstars camp. He was all smiles each day at pick up. He seemed to enjoy his time, to feel comfortable with the staff and to be proud about his accomplishments.

Jake loved it. Enjoyed the variety of sports, some of which I had never heard of. He liked that his friends were there and he met new friends. He lived the snack Bar and said he will only go back if we get him a card. He didn't like the heat.

We have been at Spartan Allstars every summer since it began -- and my children have loved it each year! They enjoyed all the activities as campers and met so many friends from different schools. As they grew older, they learned about responsibility and what it means to be a leader. Thank you Spartan Allstars for being such an important part of our lives for all these years!

Our son has been going to Spartan Allstars camp for 2 years. Each summer he is more excited to go than the next. The sports, swimming, and collecting bracelets are the main subject at dinner each night. He has made many friends and is excited this year because more outside friends are joining spartan camp this year. We repeat campers for many years to come.

Spartan All Stars is an excellent camp experience. I was worried about my not-super-athletic son attending and how he'd do - and he LOVED it! They move through a variety of sports quickly throughout each day - so even if something wasn't his jam, he wasn't there for long. But I think he found the format highly stimulating. The director is excellent at communicating and provides a top notch experience.

Our kid LOVED this camp. He attended 3 various camps last summer and this one was BY FAR his fave. I attribute it to #1 the awesome and fun counselors (that is everything in our opinion), #2 the wide ranging activities and expansive campus that facilitates all those activities, #3 the administrative organization with great communication to parents.

First time for both my daughters and they loved it. They were worried about not knowing anyone but made friends almost immediately. They got introduced to several new play and sport activities and took well to the team setting, which tells me that the camp knew how to make it fun and friendly. Being able to swim at the high school pool was definitely my kids' favorite part. Welcoming staff and very easy drop off/pick up process for parents. High recommend.

Our boys have been beaming after a couple of weeks at Spartan All Stars. We appreciate how organized, accommodating and hands on the administrative staff is. It was truly an enriching experience in a physical and social emotional way for them. We heard their daily reports of everything from tennis, GaGa ball, basketball, badminton, and swimming to UNO and friendship bracelets (amongst many other activities). The snack bar is legendary. I’m so grateful they were able to join this summer. Thank you, Tamar!!

My 9 yo son absolutely loved all the activities. However, the social part of the camp may use some improvement. Towards the end of the week my confident, smart, spirited and funny kid became increasingly anxious because he was treated as an outsider by the kids who bonded over previous weeks. He said that an older boy acted mean towards others, cussed him out when he was trying to participate in a conversation and made him a target during an activity aiming for his head. While I was not there to determine what exactly happened, maybe the counselors can supervise or coach the reception of the new kids? They were not there during snack time when my kid was sworn at when trying to join the group conversation. While I understand that dealing with these dynamics is a part of growing up, it is frustrating to learn that an amazing camp experience can turn into a nightmare for your child. My boy was terrified to go to another camp this week fearing this will happen again. It seemed that the social emotional part of being in a camp was not really addressed. I will probably recommend that one attends this camp with a friend to make sure they have someone to turn to.

My kids just loved this camp. They are introduced to so many sports and activities, they loved how much there was to do, and made some good friends. And I’m so grateful they learned how to stay active the rest of the summer.

Well organized! Fun activities and kids love it! Definitely will comeback in the future!

My kid loved the camp. The only complaint he had was that they were under the sun for a long time during pick up time. More shade needs to be provided throughout the camp area as the camp is primarily outside. Kids should not be sitting in the hot summer sun for 30 to 60 minutes prepping to leave or waiting to get picked up (with a very long drive through line).

My kids love this camp. It’s a Summer staple for us and they’ve gone a number of years running. Wouldn’t miss it.

My daughter (age 10) loved her first week of camp. It is very well organized. The kids learn so many different sports and team building activities each day. The variety keeps it exciting for them. The counselors are well trained and kind. Very happy we found Spartan Allstars.

Can’t say enough about the instructors and camp organization. Always cheerful and positive, we’ve attended two years in a row and my kids always want to come back for more! They see friends and make new ones while staying active, safe, and having tons of fun learning new skills. Added bonus... an awesome snack counter!

My kids were introduced to yoga for the first time, and I am so happy they enjoyed it! That’s just one of many things I loved about this place. I will defiantly return to this camp and also recommend it to family and friends.

My kids loved Spartan camp! When I went to pick up my kids I noticed her counselor was giving her a hug and I assumed she was hurt and was crying because of that but as I approached her my daughter was sad because she didn’t want to go home! She wanted to stay there longer! Great staff and a great program! We will do more weeks next year.

This was our first week of Spartan Allstars, and Allen LOVED all the activities. He had the opportunity to play the sports he enjoys playing, and learned a bunch more that were new to him-Badminton, yoga, lacrosse, archery, etc..Will definitely continue more sessions!!

Andre absolutely enjoyed the camp last week! It was very well organized and he got to try so many different sports. He was very happy and also tired when we picked him up, which is a great thing! He loved the fact that he was able to watch the World Cup and also that he was with his buddies the entire week (we had completed the friend request:). Thanks for doing such a great job!! As a parent I really liked receiving photos during the week. Really appreciated the early pick up text system. It works well. My kids are happy and we are happy as well. Next year we’ll commit to more than one week for sure.

Loved it! My son had an incredible time, so much fun! Loved all the different activities they do and show them. Highly recommend to anyone!

My 9 year old son Jack just finished his first week of Spartan Allstars. He absolutely loved it. And I have never before picked him up from a camp and seen him so exhausted —he is a tireless kid. Apparently even he has his limits, so thanks for that! Looking forward to the other upcoming weeks this summer.

My oldest son and middle son really enjoy going to Spartans. It’s especially easy when you love sports, enjoy trying new things and have fun counselors. The kids come back home happy with smiles on their faces, they talk about their new friends and fun counselors.

As a parent, I like how well the camp is ran. We are assigned unique pins which we provide to the counselors when we check them in and out. They use an online app to track the information. It’s very efficient and easy!

Given them a try! We return every year for at least the past three years, and I plan to sign up my youngest when he becomes an entering first grader (minimal age).

My son had a great time and was able to try several sports he hadn’t done before. The one drawback is that it is such a long day for the younger kids. I think they could use a longer rest period at lunch and one less activity in the afternoon.

I have 7 year old twins that loved this camp. One of my kids was very adamant that they did NOT want to go to a sports camp all week, and she absolutely loved it. As a parent we have done a fair bit of summer camps. All Spartans was very well orchestrated and I was very impress by how well it was run. The whole family has voted this as a must for summer camps!

Miles loved his week at Spartan Allstars! He made new friends, tried new sports, and came home tired and happy each day!

I sent my 8 year old daughter here, not really knowing how she’d like doing sports for a full day. I couldn’t have been happier. She really loved it. She said she unlocked her love for tennis and lacrosse, sports she’d never tried before. She also made so many new friends and begged for me to send her another week. She mentioned several times that her counselers validated her skill and encouraged her in various activities, so thank you! Already recommended this camp to several friends. Can’t wait for week 2.

My 12 year old son seemed to enjoy the activities. I warned the staff and him that he needed to use sunscreen because he is very fair. He went the first day and came back with such a bad sunburn that he got blisters on his neck. Needless to say he could not return all week. I did give him two tubes of sunscreen, wrote an alert in his registration and told his counselor he needed extra sunscreen. I thought I had covered all the bases. He lost 4 days of camp and not to say he was uncomfortable. I lost about $280.

I highly recommend it!! Wonderful summer camp. Kids are kept active, learn new skills, make new friends, and get to swim in a beautiful outdoor pool. -- Mom of four.

My son has attended this camp for at least one week for the past three years. He's always had a great time and I've appreciated how well organized it is.

Any sports loving kid will LOVE this camp! Not only did my first grader have a great time, he became more confident, tried new things, made new friends, and learned from camp counselors that served as amazing role models! As a parent I appreciate how organized, responsive, and friendly the staff is. My son is looking forward to spending many summers at Spartan All Stars.

I recommend this camp as often as possible and will continue to do so for years to come - even after my kids are grown. Our children have been linked to this camp for over a decade. They moved from camper to junior counselor to volunteer counselor and paid counselor. Every year it is an amazing experience. They learn patience and leadership skills. They are grateful for the friends they have made and the adults who are great role models for them.

This is the best sports camp around! Super organized, super fun! Our kids have been doing this for the last 5 summers, and will be doing it again this summer! It wouldn't be a summer without Spartan Allstars!
