Snapology teachers undergo Background Checks, FBI Clearance and all state required checks for Teachers.  Teachers also receive Child Abuse Prevention Training.

Hi Paola, we are so sorry you were unable to get on the class yesterday and are more than willing to provide a make-up class (we will email you as well to coordinate a make-up). An enrollment reminder and the class link were sent to your hotmail email address. The class link email was sent at 3:30 pm ET (12:30 pm PT) to the same address. Sometimes this goes to your SPAM folder however. Additionally we are reachable at our phone number listed on the business page, 513.988.7363 or via email at westchestertwp@snapology.com and we monitor phone and email very closely around the start time of class in case anyone does not see the link or if we have a bad email address that gets returned etc. If we do not hear back from you via email we will reach out by phone to try to ensure your child is able to get into the classes. -

Hello and thank you for your question! All your child needs is about a gallon size bag of assorted LEGO bricks (or equivalent) or a Creativity building kit that has around 700+ pieces. The same bricks can be used for each class. Your child will most likely need to break down their builds prior to the next class unless they have enough bricks to do several builds. We also ask that your child have paper and a writing utensil available and have their bricks, paper and pencil/pen/crayon ready when they join the class. And we provide a warm up activity for students to work on as they're joining class and your child can join the class up to 10 to 15 minutes early in order to get started on the warm up activity. Once we receive the confirmation from Activityhero we will enroll your child in the classes on the designated days/times in our system and send you a confirmation for enrollment in the specific class. Then 30 minutes prior to the class start you will receive an email with the Zoom link to join the online class. -
