SK8 GYM Summer Skate Camp Is A Fun, Safe & Engaging Day Camp Designed For All Skill Levels With Variety Of Skateboarding Activities. Camper to Staff Ratio is 4:1

***Please note camper drop off and pick up is at Aptos Park: 147 Aptos Ave.*** 

• Skate Instruction: Mornings: 2 Hours & Afternoons 2 Hours with Certified Coaches at Balboa Skatepark. Camper have the option to skate at Aptos Park, skatepark visits are optional. 

• Classroom: ​‍​Learn How Parts Of skates Are Made, Names Of Tricks And The Various Disciplines Within The Sports, Culture, History, Athletes And Present-Day Trends.​​​

• Shop:​‍​ Learn How To Disassemble skates, How To Care, Maintain, Clean And Reassemble Parts. ​‍​

• Worksheets:​​ Crossword Puzzles, Word Search, Mazes, Trivia Challenges, Coloring, Vocabulary; All Related To skating.​‍​​

• Demonstrations: ​‍​Our Staff Will Demo Tricks For 15-20 Minutes Per Day, During Breaks. ​‍​‍​

• Goodie Bags:​​ Campers Received Age Appropriate Skating Related Trinkets.​​

• Training Equipment Available For Campers To Use. ​‍

• Training Location Includes Clean Restrooms, Shade And Coverage From Unlikely Rain.​‍​​ 

• Available Rental Gear: Knee/ Elbow Pads & Wrist Guards

• Aftercare is offered 3pm-5pm (and before care 8am-9am) at rate of $25/ hr per family (includes up to three sibling campers).
