Spanish Spring Camp 2025

           CHILDREN’S CLASS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

GROUP CLASSES: • Students must buy a minimum of  12 classes in advance. • Group Classes should be cancelled within our system 48 hours before class time. • We require a minimum of two students for a Group Class. • All Group Classes must be booked in advance upon purchase. 

PRIVATE CLASSES: • Private Classes should be cancelled within our system 24 hours before class time. • The age range for Children’s Private Classes are 3- 10 years. • The age range for Youth Private Classes are 11-17 years. • Private Classes are 50 minute duration. 

SUMMER/WINTER PROGRAM: • There are no make-up classes or reimbursements for cancelled classes or no shows. • All classes must be booked in advance upon purchase. • This program is Monday – Friday per week unless indicated otherwise. 

EXPIRATION DATE: • Class credits cannot be extended past their expiration date.

This applies to all classes: If your child is sick, please do not bring them to class. For all classes, we ask that parents initial and sign this cancellation policy agreement form. Please note that times of emails and voice mails do not count towards cancellations during off hours and weekends. No exceptions. All our sales are final.
