Tennis & Pickleball Summer Camp

Please note the following policies regarding private lessons:

1. Private lessons and packages are non-refundable.


2. Private lessons have no expiration date.


3. Requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for any scheduled private lessons.


4. If cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, the cost of the private lesson will be applied to your account.

For classes/clinics/summer camps: 

Full refunds will be given if a cancellation for a program is done more than 7 days before the start of the given program.

A credit to your  account will be provided for withdrawals resulting from illness or injury. The credited amount will be determined based on the date of receiving the doctor's note. This credit has no expiration date and can be utilized at your convenience. Please note that refunds to the original form of payment are not available for withdrawals due to illness or injury. 

If you wish to request a class transfer, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

1. Class transfer requests should be made no later than 5 days prior to the first class meeting.


2. Transfer requests made less than 5 days prior to the first class meeting will only be granted if the transfer does not disrupt the class you intend to withdraw from. (For example, if a class requires a minimum of 4 students to run and there are only 4 students in the class you wish to withdraw from, you may not transfer out.)
