Ceramic class for kids is a fun and educational way for children to learn about the art of ceramics. Students are encouraged to unleash their imagination and creativity during the crafting process to complete a piece of work.The act of creativity is more meaningful than any physical piece of art. When we invest in this energy, children get more confidence and curiosity.
In this course, students will create functional and/or sculptural items using clay handcrafting techniques. Our experienced instructors will teach basic skills in sculpting and handling clay, including pinching, coiling, and slab techniques. Students will use our carefully selected underglazes to paint all of their creations.
Course Schedule:
- Pottery Making Sessions
- Pottery Glazing and Painting Session
- Creative Arts Session
The fee includes all materials.
Upon completion of the creations and painting, the studio will fire them uniformly.
