Overview

Explore new worlds, to seek our new life and new civilizations in your spaceship in the D&Dverse.

Your youth will explore worlds of endless imagination while developing their own narrative stories and mythos with our mythology-based role-playing camp. We use Dungeons & Dragons as our core material to practice general creativity, critical and quick thinking, and the ability to lead a team to a main goal/storyline through improvisation. Build confidence and linguistic skills by exercising public speech (within their group), feeling free to express themselves, and learning about different fantasy settings.

Parental Guidance: Some Dungeon Masters use D&D Beyond and/or Roll20 as online resources to play the game and track the characters' progress.

In this course, you will:

  • Cultivate critical thinking, problem-solving, and socio-emotional skills through improvisational gameplay

  • Understand the inextricable relationship between leadership and teamwork skills by working with your tight-knit community through collaborative quests and adventures

  • Hone your authentic, unique voice in developing your own narrative stories and mythos

My kid was the only one to participate. The extra addition was appreciated since she was new to this content, but it lessened the experience overall. The instructor/dungeon master was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Wish the camp was more than a single day.
Both of my kids love how fun it is at PVG. Initially, my son was struggling with social interactions since he had encountered negative experiences at his school. Minh went out of his way to bring him out of his shell. He has a unique teaching style that helps my kids learn to be socially aware, improving their social skills. I watched how my son started to relax and regain confidence after only being at a few PVG classes. My daughter told me the happiest times she has in every week are times she spent at PVG. Both of my kids opened up so much ever since they started being here. I'm so grateful for Minh's help and feel so lucky to have found this organization!

My son loves cooking class. Initially he struggled with organizing his own stuff, but I 've see a significant improvements since he started cooking class. He is now more independent, organizing and cleaning up the kitchen on his own. Even when I am busy, he can cook dishes like fried rice, steak by himself and he seems really enjoy it. Our friends said as a 10 year old boy, he was doing great. Cooking is also becoming a source of joy for him. When he is not happy, cooking is like a spicy addition to his daily life and lifts him up and make him more positive.
Questions & Answers
Hi, I have a 12 yr old son who has never played D&D but loves Lord of the Rings. Would this be an appropriate class for beginners? He does do a lot of pretend roll play with his friends. Thanks (Dungeons & Dragons for Teens: Spelljammers) -
