"AI Spring Camp – Hands-On Learning

Thank you for choosing Positive Minds Academy! We strive to provide a positive and enriching experience for all our students. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:

1. Cancellation Notification: To cancel your enrollment in a class or camp, you must notify us via email or phone at least 7 days before the start date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

   • 
     Full Refund: If you cancel at least 10 days prior to the start date of the class or camp, you will receive a full refund minus a $30 administrative fee.
   
   
   • 
     Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 9 to 7 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund of the total class or camp fee.
   
   
   • 
     No Refund: Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date.
   
   
   
   



3. Transfer Policy: If you would like to transfer your enrollment to a different class or camp organized by Positive Minds Academy, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. Transfers are subject to availability and may incur a $20 transfer fee.




4. Class/Camp Cancellation by Positive Minds Academy: In the unlikely event that a class or camp is canceled by Positive Minds Academy due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the option to transfer to a different class or camp or receive a full refund.




5. No Shows: If a student does not attend a class or camp and has not provided prior notice of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
