KRISTIN VINDLER MICHAELSON, ED.M

Founder

Kristin has worked with students, teachers, and parents as an academic and executive functioning tutor, admissions consultant, and teacher educator for over 20 years. After these diverse experiences in the field of education, Kristin began pursuing a Masters in Social Work degree in the of Fall 2021. Posh Pods is a way for her to help the community of mothers, fathers, and other caregivers that are always giving 1000% and who often struggle during the summer months with consistent and high-quality childcare.

Kristin earned a Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University. She also attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she studied Psychology and the Biological Basis of Behavior, while minoring in French. She is currently studying at Rutgers University.

Noelle Ghiorsi, Childcare Specialist 

Hi everyone! My name is Noelle. Born and raised in Bergen County, I graduated from William Paterson University in 2021 with degrees in Elementary Education and Sociology. I am currently a third grade Dual Language teacher and I absolutely love my job. I’m looking forward to making the most of my summer by continuing to do what I love — build meaningful relationships with children, expose them to new experiences, and have fun!!!
