This program was designed to provide young athletes with the skills and strategies necessary to compete in an organized Flag Football League. Each day consists of a 45-minute team practice followed by a 45-minute game. During practice players work with their coach to learn position specific skills along with offensive & defensive positions, formations, and play-calls. During the games, players get to showcase their new skills against an opposing team in a real game environment. By adding just the right amount of competition, players can develop their skills, confidence, and passion for Flag Football through PLAY! Skill development objectives include passing technique, catching technique, rushing technique, route running, flag pulling and agility. Offensive gameplay objectives include positions, formations, route combinations, play-calls, and playbook theory. Defensive gameplay objectives include positions, pre-snap alignments, zone coverages, play-calls, and playbook theory. Bring your friends or come make new ones!
