Scratch Programming and Aerospace Engineering

In this class our Junior Engineers become Space Pioneers! They learn Programming using Scratch while embarking on a fun journey to space! Students will learn how to use Scratch to create and program sprites, backdrops, and basic scripts. They create a new program each day, and leave with evidence of their wild space adventure, while being inspired to explore the universe of programming as a Space Pioneer! Then in Aerospace Engineering they explore flight through hands on projects! We introduce our youngest engineers to fundamental concepts of aircraft and spacecraft design. Through open and focused exploration, students build, test and improve airplanes, rockets, helicopters, and more!
