Nourished Oaks

We facilitate weekly Homeschool Enrichment, open-ended nature exploration for after school, and seasonal clubs for various topics. Our programs include:
  • 100% outdoor sessions held in parks and nature areas in and around Waynesboro, Virginia
  • all art and class materials
  • unstructured nature play and exploration
  • purposeful sensory input and movement
  • individual and group supports so a broader range of children can access and thrive in our groups than are typically at ease in traditional class settings - we are as disability inclusive as possible and our approach is neurodiversity affirming and trauma-informed.
  • small class size: each session is limited to 10 students, ages 6-12
  • Homeschool Enrichment covers: natural sciences, process art & handwork, literature, creative writing/storytelling opportunities, social emotional learning, and more
