The LAX Camp will at it's core will focus on developing well-rounded lacrosse players. See below for the camp curriculum!

All camp attendees will receive a Next Level Summer Camp Nike Dri-Fit T-Shirt (required each day) which is included in the base cost of the program!

LAX Camp Curriculum

Individual Skills: Stick work, Ball protection, Shooting, Ground balls & Footwork

Team Based Skills: Offensive and Defensive technique, Transitions, Small-sided plays & Scrimmages

Lacrosse IQ: Field Awareness, Game strategy & Man-up/Man-down

Better the Game: Training routines at home, Watch the Best, Spirit of the Stick

Next Level’s boots on the ground here locally, coupled with the program’s organization and systems made for an AWESOME experience for the kids (and parents!). We have 2 kids and both partake in 2-3 sports every season and we experienced an incredibly high level of organization, clarity, high communication, fun coaching and the list goes on - within the Next Level program. Keep up the fabulous work - it’s well appreciated!

My son has played NL flag football for 3 years now and has had a blast! It’s been great for his confidence and sense of teamwork.
The league is quite organized and the coaching and friendly, energized atmosphere is felt as soon as you walk on the field! I’ve had the privilege to participate as a parent coach and everyone has been very professional, welcoming, and appreciative.

My son has competed in Next Level-Folsom for 4 years. He loved the connection with the players and coaches. He is disappointed that he is too old to play now. Thank you for the quality program and giving my son an experience he will remember always!
