New England Hemophilia Association

I have been a part of NE Hemophilia all of my life, having a brother, son, and nephew with hemophilia, as well as having bleeding issues myself. The association has consistently grown over the years, offering support and education beyond any other group we are affiliated with. The current staff and volunteers give 125% of their time and talent towards making life with a serious chronic illness more manageable. My husband and I volunteer in various organizations and, by far, NEHA outshines them all. Thank you does not begin to express our gratitude.

They are the most amazing group of selfless people. They always make themselves available to assist you with anything.

Every event I have ever attended has been beneficial to my family and I as we have navigated the difficult waters of having children with a bleeding disorder.

We love HEHA and summer camp. It's a great community, support and communication with other families.

I’ve been attending events of NEHA’s since I was 6 years old and 15 years later I’m still very involved with the community. This community is very family oriented and is an amazing chance for anyone that wants to be apart of something greater then themselves.

NEHA provides assistance, education, and support to the New England bleeding disorders community. This organization has changed many lives. I am proud to be part of their Wicked Strong Family.

My husband who is not passed on would not be where we are if it were not for NEHA. When we found NEHA we were just a couple hurting with this disease and they took us on like they were our parents. We can not say enough about our life after that, because there is not enough paper. I would encourage anyone to join NEHA and if you don' t you will regret it. We have learner so much and made so many friends and they taught us that we were not alone. I am alone not now because Matty is gone, but Neha has taken me on as another sibling. I am so grateful for NEHA.

We joined the NEGA family when we became parents of a boy with Hemophilia. There is no family history, so we were clueless. Thanks to NEHA, we learned to infuse him and now he’s infusing himself. Also, he’s developed great leadership skills at NEHA camp snd other events.

NEHA helps the bleeding community in so many different ways with education, support and being there for everyone when needed.

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe what NEHA Family Camp means to my family. My son has severe hemophilia and Neha has provided education, support and advocacy for us for 18 years. He learned how to infuse his medication through his mentors at Family camp and is now a counselor there every summer.

We love NEHA and family camp. Learned so much and are grateful to have camp for our family.
