STEAM Camp: Camping Adventures (G1-G4)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective: January 1, 2023

You confirm that you are registering your children for the listed Moonshot Labs LLC camp program(s) and that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Purchase and the Terms of Service.

CANCELLATIONS

Moonshot Labs will offer a full refund until Sun, April 30, 2023 to the original payment method, less a $30 processing fee to ActivityHero for each week you cancel. Families who request a refund after April 30, 2023 will be subject to the following refund policy:

• May 1, 2023 to June 15, 2023: you will receive a 100% credit for each week you purchased, less a 12% fee for each week you cancel to ActivityHero, usable for any Moonshot Labs camp through July 26, 2024.




• No credit or refunds will be provided if you cancel after June 15, 2023.

If Moonshot Labs cancels due to school, county, or state mandates, you will receive a 90% refund to the original payment method and a 10% credit available for use through July 26, 2024. If an in-session camp is canceled mid-week, you will receive a prorated credit based on the number of days canceled in that week. If we cancel for any other reason, you can choose between a 100% refund to the original payment method or a 100% credit with an additional $50 discount that can be used through July 26, 2024.

CHINESE AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (CAIS)

All students attending the Moonshot Labs LLC summer camp participating on the Chinese American International School (CAIS) campus agree to the following camp agreement outlined on the CAIS website:

CAIS Summer Programs will follow similar risk management protocols as with in-person school (in addition to the modifications mentioned here), including agreements reflecting the role of the school, parents, and campers. These agreements are being shared in the spirit of making a community effort to mitigate the risks as much as possible in opening our CAIS campuses. To be successful in this effort, it is important that all members of the CAIS community—parents, campers, faculty and staff—do their utmost to ensure good hygiene and hand washing, the use of face coverings when necessary, and engaging in physical distancing and symptom tracking. To guide our efforts, we ask that families review and abide by the Return to School Agreements together with CAIS campers so that everyone is aware of our shared responsibilities. Please understand that our work as a community to mitigate risk and avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus is based on our shared commitment to these agreements.

All eligible campers must be fully vaccinated to attend summer camp. For more information about CAIS requirement on vaccination, please refer to our Risk Management Plan.
