Millbrae Youth Legislation Program

This summer camp will educate Middle School students about Law and Government. In this 1 week program Monday through Wednesday will be education about policies, civil service, and discussions with professionals to understand more about the law and civil sector! Thursday and Friday will be the preparation and enactment of the Mock Trial and Supreme Court Simulation. 

This academic camp aims to educate children about their rights as American citizens and Law, while simultaneously, the camp will be paced to ensure students have a great time socializing with others. 

Our Staff

The supervising adult will be the Mayor Ann Schneider of Millbrae who has been background checked through the Dept. of Justice and FBI accordingly to CA Law. 

The founder of the Youth Legislation Program has also had their fingerprint logged with the Dept of Justice and FBI and is qualified to work within county spaces.

The counselors will be in a 1:3 ratio, these volunteers are high school students with high academic standing and CPR training. 

The students will always be within the supervision of 3 qualified individuals.
