Learn the art of fencing and have fun with peers. We teach camps at two Los Altos locations.
Beginner fencing camp is for kids with no or little fencing experience. No shared equipment. All individual equipment is provided for the full period of the camp.
Kids will be introduced to:
- fencing
- learn fencing position
- footwork
- blade work
- free bouting
After completing this camp kids will be able to join Beginner level group classes in the club.
The coach will introduce you to Épée, Foil, or Saber techniques and rules. You will learn footwork, blade work, and real fencing bouting. Games and fun activities will make kids enjoy the time while learning the basics of fencing.
