Our English/Math combo class is for students entering 1st to 8th grade, who will be taking half-day language arts and half-day math classes. The focus will be on vocabulary, reading comprehension, grammar, writing, and novel study, while the other part will be state standards math for the upcoming school year. Our staff will be available for the entire 6-week class to ensure academic success. Our goal is to keep students learning and connected this summer to smooth the transition back to school in the fall.
In these classes, students will complete 3 to 5 assigned activities each day. Activities will be assigned and discussed through a Zoom session. We will also have a smaller group Zoom discussion to receive feedback and ask additional questions. The entire English and Math Curriculum will be delivered to your home.
