Designed for budding designers and curious minds, this camp blends creativity, STEM, and hands-on learning for a unique, immersive experience.

     Discover how fashion, textiles, and other sewn goods come to life! Campers will master the fundamentals of sewing while creating exciting projects like tote bags, backpacks, and plushies. They’ll also dive into the science behind everyday products—exploring how fibers, makeup, and self-care items like lip gloss, toothpaste, and lotions are crafted.

     This camp is the perfect mix of science, creativity, and skill-building for kids who want to make, learn, and design like never before.

Project Highlights:

• Natural Fabric Dyeing: Experiment with plant-based dyes to create beautiful, eco-friendly textiles.


• Sew & Spa Creations: Craft makeup bags and fill them with handmade lip balms, lotions, and gloss.


• Relaxation Projects: Design scented eye masks, neck wraps, and spa-inspired self-care items like bath bombs and soaps.


• DIY Crafts: Create adorable plushies, resin art, clay trinkets, slime, and candles.

Week 2: July 14 - 18 – 🧵 Upcycle Academy: Textile Science Adventure 🌿✨

     Explore sustainable design and creative textile art at Upcycle Academy! Dive into eco-friendly techniques like cyanotypes, anthotypes, indigo dyeing, and hapa zome to craft one-of-a-kind decor and fashion items.

     Campers will experiment with upcycling methods to transform old materials into new treasures, blending art, science, and sustainability.

Activities include:

• Sewing cozy accessories like eye masks and scented neck wraps
