Your camper will spend the summer on the beautiful California coast in a way that most people never experience. These are some of the most memorable summer camp experiences in Southern California!
Building on our award-winning TopSail Youth Program, campers challenge themselves with exciting new opportunities while living aboard a tall ship for 5 days/4 nights or 12 days/11 nights. New friends, star-gazing, and unforgettable island adventures await!
As they learn the ropes of sailing a large vessel, they'll challenge themselves with exciting new opportunities: leaving the dock, setting and adjusting sails, keeping a ship on course, setting the anchor, and sleeping aboard a tall ship. They'll also enjoy being in nature, listening to the sound of the sea, taking part in various outdoor activities, and gazing at the stars at night.
- Each camper has their own bunk.
- Activities take place on the boat, on the island, and everywhere in between. Recreational options include swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, hiking and more!
- The ship departs from San Pedro, and they visit one or more island harbors off the coast, depending on weather and sea conditions.
