Overview

Exciting Astronomy Programs for Individuals and the Entire Family!

All programs are approximately 90 minutes in duration with shorter versions available and use a Microsoft PowerPoint slide presentation with exciting video footage, and hands-on activities when appropriate.  Customized programs for any audience are available as well.  Following each presentation, video recorded views through a powerful telescope will be shown of Jupiter, the rings of Saturn and craters on the Moon.

In-house or remote virtual visitations from the Star Tour remove the limits on providing a memorable experience for your group at any time.  Though live telescope viewing is not available, video recordings of the Moon and Planets through the telescope at the conclusion of each program make it just as exciting, if not better.  Our awesome virtual astronomy programs make learning about the universe a satisfying and incredible experience.

Live 90 minute presentations using Zoom from an expert astronomer.

Hands-on activities are available as PDF files that can be downloaded and reproduced from the website.

Awesome! My 12yr old even wrote down facts to keep so she could share her knowledge. Kevin made it really interesting and because of that we signed up for another one! Great program for those hot summer days and cool nights to look at the stars and learn more about them.

We met Kevin at Dixon, Illinois, where my kids got to watch a meteor shower with him. After he answered all my children's questions and took pictures with them. We are fulfilling elijahsbabybucketlist.com for my terminal son! He helped make unforgettable memories my kids will cherish for their entire lifetime!

Thank you, Amy! I am praying for Elijah to be healed. The name of Jesus Christ is above the name of Lissencephaly.
Kevin Manning's presentations are fantastic. They are engaging and filled with well-organized astronomy information. I am pursuing a degree in aerospace engineering, enkindled in part by Kevin's presentations that I attended when I was younger.

Thank you so much, Nicholas! It was always a unique pleasure to have you in my class, and thankful to Donna for her encouraging presence as well. I still enjoy looking at the picture of you and her with the telescope you built from scratch. Blessings to you in your new career.
Questions & Answers
I see that sessions run for almost a full year. Does the content change every now and then or does it stay the same? In other words, if I sign up for more than one session how do I know that the 2nd session won't be a repetition of the first? Thanks for your reply. (Family Virtual Astronomy Programs) -

Hi Karen, there are about 20 different topics on astronomy so each program is different. I am also able to customize a program for your needs as well. As long as the time between programs isn't too long, I would remember which we have done going forward. Of course, you could always remind me as well if you had the same program before, and I'll change to another one. -
Who can attend under the $75 Family virtual astronomy programs? Is that all kids in a household plus one parent? (Family Virtual Astronomy Programs) -
