The instructor for Vista, CA had to look up instruction from a slide deck and couldn't help because they didn't have any real knowledge about the subject they where teaching. It was very expensive for just giving my 12 year old son a series of slides to follow that they could not even guide him when questions came up.

Thank you very much for providing feedback regarding the camp your child attended in 2021. We strive to provide quality educational experiences for all our campers, and we are sorry to hear that your child did not have a positive experience with their instructor two years ago. We have made many improvements and our current staff undergoes rigorous training and ongoing education in order to ensure they are qualified to teach our programs. Thank you again for bringing this issue to our attention; we take every review seriously and are always working hard to improve our programs for our students and families.

0/10. The local winter camps that didn't happen, cancelled with little to no notice.
I should have thoroughly read the reviews before booking. I used Activity Hero to sign up for 2 winter break session of Kidz to Pros. Days before the sessions were to take place, they were cancelled for "low attendance." After the first session was cancelled, I reached out to K2P to verify session 2 after Xmas was still on. I was told yes and then it was cancelled the Friday before. I am happy with Activity Hero & their client service but KidztoPros was terrible and they don't update the booking info on this site, all sessions appeared active. It took 30 days and follow up on my end to receive my refund from Kids to Pros.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are very sorry that we had to cancel the Winter Break Camps you enrolled your child in due to low enrollment and for the negative impact this caused you and your family. We made every effort we could to ensure that we had enough enrollment to be able to hold the camps, keeping the registration open as long as we could, but unfortunately not enough families signed up to attend. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration these cancellations caused. We hope that, with time, you will consider giving us a second chance to provide an amazing enrichment experience for your child. Thank you once again!
Our family had a great summer with Kidztopros. It all started with the staff, coaches and Camp director who ensure that the campers can learn, make new friends, and have tons of fun. It can be easy to overlook KidztoPros with so many specialty and sports camps out there.

Our Holiday Break Camps are open to children in Pre-K/TK through 5th grade, so if your child is turning 5 in August, this camp should be just fine for them. -
