This summer, we're clowning around at clown camp!  Clowning is a form of physical comedy that can range from court jester to a circus performer, but at its heart is playfulness and interactivity with the audience and surroundings. Clowning in theatre can also be a means for freedom of expression and imagination.  In this week-long camp, campers will play drama games, learn about the different types of clowns, discover the basic principals of clowning, and create comical and engaging acts.  The week ends with an informal presentation for parents showcasing the campers' original work including unique characters and outlandish situations.
