Online Dungeons & Dragons After School Camp

- 14 days or more prior to start of camp, refunds are available but may be subject to a $75 cancellation fee ($35 of which goes to fund scholarships) for those enrolled for the entire week. Single day sign ups may be subject to a $35 per day fee ($15 of which will go to fund scholarships). 

- In addition Activityhero.com has begun adding a 15% non-negotiable and non-refundable processing fee which will be charged.

-Cancellations requested less than 14 days prior to start of camp may be non-refundable.

- 7 days or more prior to the start of camp you may transfer to a different week provided space is available

- Transfers requested less than 7 days prior to start of camp will be possible provided space is available but may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee 

- I will do what I can to fill your spot should you cancel or transfer to help avoid the fees.

- All refunds will be processed on as soon as possible but may have to wait until the end of the month following the request. Thank you for your patience

Please Note:  For I Don't Wanna Grow Up Kids Camp, a minimum of 4 kids must sign up, or week may be canceled and a full refund will be processed.
