Overview
A little taste of everything dance and theatre. Children will be introduced to it all from ballet to break dancing, Singing to acting and improvisation.We, at I Can Do That, believe in the arts as a way to give kids the ability to express themselves, work on listening and following directions and explore their imaginations in all things artistic. An emphasis will be placed on body awareness, confidence building, self-expression and learning the fundamentals of dance and theater in a warm, fun, and exploratory environment. For the budding Gene Kelly or the next Disney Princess.

My 4-year-old granddaughter just danced out of her ballet class, happy, excited – and pointing her toes! Her teacher, the talented Melissa Swender-Schecter is a gifted teacher, caring and careful of her young students' bodies and spirits. My older granddaughter studied with the amazing Jeff Schecter and Melissa for many years, where Melissa and Jeff guided her introduction into theatre arts – dance, character development, learning the language of theatre and how to conduct oneself on stage. She thrived in the class and was prouder than proud of herself when she realized, I Can Do That!

Fun, diverse class for my 4 yr old! Great to have a class for the little ones that's real dance/theatre, and not the typical dumbed-down kiddie class.
