happy baby is a family yoga, resource, and wellness studio in downtown El Segundo (just south of LAX), featuring an array of prenatal, postnatal, family-oriented programs, education, and support, as well as fun kid activities. It is the mission of happy baby to create a safe, nurturing space for parents and children in El Segundo and the South Bay community.   A holistic approach has been designed using yoga + fitness, music + dance, mindfulness + empowerment, and developmental education in a nurturing, social environment.  Our hope is to help parents raise happy, healthy children, while caring for their own body and mind. Our belief is that happy babies build happy families and happy families build happy communities and happy communities build happy babies ~ we are all connected!
