Student-Teacher Ratio 4:1

My goal is to have fun with the children and along the way: teach them a new skill or craft.  My favorites are:  baking, sewing and creating fun crafts . I have the opportunity to really focus on the children’s progress because I only allow four children at one time  in my camp. 

We will learn to make pizza from Scratch; Yes, this means  making pizza dough with yeast!  It’s so much fun, and very delicious! 

Secondly, I have adorable teddy bears and bunnies that need new clothes. I need help with that!

And of course... we will be BAKING lots of cookies! We will go to the park with our camp assistant, Miley the dog. She can't wait to meet you, so please join us this Spring Break!

My dog, Miley (a very friendly yellow lab) loves it when the children come!

We highly recommend it! Our son (6) had an amazing week with Grandma Linda. They did different activities every day and our son came home happy and smiling. He loved feeding the fish in Linda's pond, learned new card games, decorated his own flower pot, tie-dyed his own shirts, and many other things. At dinner, our son would not stop talking about his day and what he had done and learned that day. He could not wait to go back. Thank you very much, Grandma Linda!

My daughters had a fantastic time with Grandma Linda. There were fun activities every day, whether it was sewing, macramé, making pickles, or baking delicious cookies from scratch (including sifting flour). Tie-dying was also a hit :) Linda is an excellent teacher and really takes time to put together a camp which is fun and engaging for kids. She was flexible with us for pickup and dropoff times as well. Even in the midst of Covid, I felt very comfortable leaving my children with Linda--she took appropriate precautions at all times (masks, hand washing etc) either at the house or during outside trips. This camp is a gem in the San Mateo/Burlingame area!
