What is your typical camp schedule like?
9.20am - 9.30am: Drop off
9.30am - 11.30am: AM project (10 mins snack time in between)
11.30am - 12.30pm: Clean up, lunch time, play time, board games etc.
12.30pm - 2.30pm: PM project (10 mins break in between)
Is there food/snacks provided by the art studio?
All campers will have to bring their own lunch/snacks and a bottle of water. No food will be provided on-site. All campers who stay a half session bring their water bottle and a small snack (no nuts containing) when we have a small break in between a half session.
What are the age groups for this camp?
We cater to kids aged 5 thru 13 years old.
Is this a drop off session?
Yes, it is a drop off only session. Parents will pick your child up at the end of the camp session (AM session ends at 11.30am, PM session ends at 2.30pm, if you signed up for one half session). Due to limited space, please, pick up your child at the scheduled time.
How do you plan the same activities for different age groups?
Our camps are designed for campers aged 5 - 13. Although they might be working on the same project, we vary the designs and techniques within each project to suit the different ages. The older campers may be working on more details, refinement of work, and art concepts, while the younger ones enjoy the exploration and discovery process. For example, younger students will have a smaller canvas and older students will have bigger canvas to work on, hence smaller canvas = less details, bigger canvas = more details. All students are working on the same projects. Returning students from previous camp(s) will be given an alternative project in case the project is repetative to them.
