Hello- Since this class is virtual and done from home with your own supervision, this class is accessible to anyone. The class is structured for an individual to stand up, and move their arms and legs to dance. This can also be done with modifications if necessary. There have been older participants and those with disabilities participate in the past. The goal of this class is for participants to practice movement and coordination, but most importantly to have fun! -
