Hallie runs a great program with fun activities and lots of organic, well balanced meals that the kids help prepare and of course, eat! My child is always happy at pick up and well fed!
My 10 year old daughter did one day of French Cooking Camp this Winter. She loved the cooking (including eating the delicious results) and some fun crafts. Hallie was very warm in person, and also very responsive when I had questions in advance. She is able to accommodate various dietary restrictions, including making a vegetarian version of French Onion Soup -- I encourage you to let her know your needs or requests when you sign up.
My daughter said she wants to go back soon, likely for a full week. She's done many excellent camps, so this is high praise.
