CLASS DROP PROCEDURE: To drop a student from class, parents may submit written notice via email, regular postal mail, or online. If a student cannot attend class due to illness or injury, parents may request a waiver of the anniversary fee for that period.
Current customers of FR3RUNNING Society must notify staff of a drop request BEFORE the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month. If staff is not notified, the account will be charged accordingly and customers will ONLY receive refunds in the form of makeup tokens and/or tuition credits.
Camp payments can be returned via an iClassPro account credit to be used for future camp dates if given less than 24 hour notice.
