FOL Sports

We offer several different programs to provide options to our parents and kids. Our FOL Sports After School Program is second to none. We teach the art of free play, motion, agility, balance and teamwork. 

Our FOL Sports Summer Camps teach the basics of various sports along with agility and balance training. Our summer camps give kids a first look at things like, karate, kids crossfit, yoga and more. 

Our overall goal with our programs is to provide your kids fitness in both mind and body.
