Sharpen up your child’s sports skills this summer! Join us and your friends for a week of fun and sports training at the FOL Sports Camp.
The emphasis will be on fundamentals of sports and general agility skills but we will have an introduction to several different sports throughout the week like crossfit and martial arts.
We will have our coaches and local high school student athletes working together with all age and skill levels that will help players improve balance, endurance, decision making, leadership, teamwork and more.
Open to boys and girls ages 5-12.
Camp runs Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 3 pm. Friday 9 am-12 pm.
