This three-day Camp during Thanksgiving Break is a perfect time for your Pre-K through Second Graders to have fun and get creative about showing their gratitude for all the goodness in their lives.
Each morning we'll spend an hour together listening to inspiring songs, sharing stories about how lucky we are, and making crafts together. The most important parts of our life are family and friends, and this Camp will inspire each of us to spend some time appreciating these. We will meet again at noon each day to share our progress on crafts, and talk about additional afternoon projects.
Our lessons and crafts were all created, and will be taught by, an experienced credentialed teacher. The projects are designed to be open-ended so that they will be simple and manageable for our youngest students, and involved and challenging for our oldest students. We will deliver all of these to you as printable PDFs.
We will encourage your kids to create their own special way of showing others how much they are appreciated, and share this during our final noon meeting on Wednesday. We are sure focusing on gratitude will help your kids to be become even more cheerful, kind, and cooperative!
