About
Everyday Mandarin

Everyday Mandarin focuses on the immersion style of instruction while using Western teaching methodologies. The goal is to excite students to learn Mandarin in a fun and interactive way. Activities like role-playing, peer learning and team building add purpose and a social setting to practice and rein- force Mandarin. Chinese culture, art and history is incorporated into the curriculum.

The emphasis of the program is focused on building a strong Mandarin verbal foundation. Immersion, purpose, repetition and positive reinforcement is used to develop Mandarin verbal confidence in students.

The Everyday Mandarin program believes that learning needs to extend beyond the classroom. Weekly homework is assigned and is optional. Resources will be available online for parents to follow and support their child’s efforts to learn Mandarin. Monthly meetups for parents with our Mandarin teachers are recommended to learn and practice speaking Mandarin.

Our goal is get students to love the culture, learning and language.
