What Does a Typical Day at Tennis Camp Look Like?

8:50-9:00am Roll call! Time to check in all of our excited tennis campers.

9:00-9:30am Welcome to camp! After a brief outline of the day’s activities, it’s time to jump right into dynamic warm ups and fun team games to get everyone enjoying themselves right away.

9:30-10:30am Stroke of the day. Our focus on the first day will be the forehand stroke, for example.

10:30-10:45am Time to refuel and rehydrate with a snack and water break.

10:45-11:00am Agility drills for one and all, let’s keep those feet moving!

11:00-11:10am Ready to race? Team relay games are up next.

11:10-11:15am Head to the hydration station for a quick drinks break.

11:15-11:50am Time for tennis games! All games focus on the stroke of the day and aim to progress campers to the next level using skills learned earlier in the day.

11:50-12pm Clean up & wind down: Time to clean up the courts, stretch our muscles and recap the great morning full of tennis fun.

12-12:30pm Refuel & rehydrate with a nutritious packed lunch brought from home.

12:30-12:45pm It’s time to head to the pool to cool off!

12.45-2:50pm Enjoy some free time to swim with the new friends you’ve made.

2:50-3:00pm Time to dry off and get ready for pick up. We like to send every camper home with a smile on their face and a love for tennis in their hearts
