Overview

Our virtual camps have been highly successful at engaging children in physical movement and  creative play, while learning safety skills. Have fun learning martial arts blocks, punches and kicks and creating weapons while developing better focus, physical strength and flexibility. Play games of concentration, decoding and more! The camp is 3  hours and broken into sections where games are played and interaction is employed. Check our reviews and hear what parents are saying about our virtual camp!

(Martial Arts Virtual 1/2 Day Camp)
July 3, 2020 - Sarah Garrett
My 7 y.o. is on his 5th day of Master Terri's first online summer camp. He has loved every day. I am beyond impressed by Master Terri's energy, creativity and engagement of the kids. She has made remote camp a truly successful and enjoyable activity.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this review. Putting on an online camp was a challenge and I tried to get creative and make the content fun. I am glad to hear that your son enjoyed the camp. I enjoy teaching him!

I have been impressed with how Terri has been able to adapt her program given Covid-19. How quickly she got comfortable with videoconferencing and how creative she has been with her regular classes and her summer camp. Bounds of energy and a dedication to making her students the best martial artists they can be.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. This pandemic has challenged me to figure out how to keep our programs up and running, a definite necessity, especially for kids during this difficult times. I hope my example inspires your kids to pivot to their new learning experience successfully because we are going to be doing this for some time!

Highly recommended! My son takes classes at Emeryville Martial Arts year-round, and last year participated in its summer camp as well. He loved it! It was at the top of the list of camps he wanted to do again this year. We've found it to be a really friendly, casual place that challenges kids (physically and mentally) even as it makes them feel supported and welcome.
