Virtual CLASSES combine physical fitness exercises with traditional karate techniques. Age-appropriate activities are taught and a variety of positive strategies for imparting discipline are employed. Children working with other children fosters an atmosphere of cooperation and shared learning experience. Adults and teens are challenged with physical exercise and self defense skills. The goal of the program is to develop self-discipline, self-reliance and concentration while learning practical skills and self-respect for others.
