Kids Tennis Class

ElfTennis only guarantees only makeup per session. A week is built into the calendar for makeups. Beyond that, ElfTennis will make every attempt to give the student a makeup class in another class that isn't their regular class but is a comparable class. In order to avoid being charged for the class, parents must give ElfTennis 24 hours notice. If your child is sick, an exception will be granted with a doctor's note. In addition, if a student wants to withdraw from the class after the session has started they won't receive a refund unless ElfTennis is able to resell their spot. If a student becomes injured during the session they will receive a credit for the future. If a student moves more than 25 miles away from the class location during the session, they are eligible for a refund. Refunds will not given simply because the class isn't perfect.
