1 Hour of 1 on 1 Scratch Coding Class

1 Hour of 1 on 1 Scratch Coding class for kids.   Students program their own interactive animations, creative Minecraft and Among Us related projects, musical interactive drawing apps, and other dynamic video games using the block-based programming language developed by MIT.  Different projects are chosen for each class.  

We also offer 8 week classes where children meet after school once a week for a hour for 8 weeks.

Students apply programming concepts such as: loops, data validation, variables, and cloning. Our small class sizes allow instructors to closely guide students and also keep them appropriately challenged. Even children that have been previously exposed to Scratch elsewhere benefit from enrolling in our Scratch class since our content is more comprehensive than most other introductory Scratch courses found elsewhere. As a result, students develop a stronger and deeper foundation, and will feel more comfortable and confident coding more complex projects later on.

• Movement of sprites (angles and rotation and complex movements, action sequences)The (x,y) coordinate system

Same day registrations are accepted so long as the registration is completed at least 1 hour before that day's scheduled class time.
